Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Review
Now let's get this out of the way first, I enjoy playing the Call of Duty franchise despite it being regarded as the most popular one trick pony in the world. So the question is, does Black Ops 2 try to set itself apart from its brethren?

Resident Evil: Retribution Review
You know I admit I kinda enjoyed the Resident Evil movie franchise, it was simple mindless fun that is enjoyed with fellow gamers who enjoy seeing a snippet of gaming making it to the big screen.
Resident Evil: Retribution however is so bad that when I watched it I questioned what I did to deserve such a punishment. Was is it the time when I accidentally stole that bag of chips as a child? or was it the time I set my teacher on fire? (that was an accident by the way). Two hours of my already sad little life had been extinguished thanks to this travesty of a movie. Full review after the break.

Borderlands 2 Review
The overall premise of Borderlands 2 is simple, stick the player in an environment where nearly everything wants to kill you, give said player power ups that can in many cases be way overpowered and give him/her enough firepower to destroy the planet several times over...essentially it's like the Legend of Zelda...with guns...Full Review after the break..

Gaming News Of The Day!! : Sept 27th 2012
Yo guys welcome to the news! It has been a very very long time since my last entry and I have told many of you that I will try and invest more time into this site. So without further adieu here is some news making the headlines in the gaming world.
Mass Effect Trilogy Announced!
Bioware today announced that they will be rereleasing Mass Effect in its entirety on one single glorious pack. PS3 gamers probably have the most to celebrate since this pack also includes the first Mass Effect. Bioware is also treating the rerelease with great care by bundling all the games into a very nice looking foil box. If you do not care about foil box edition of video games (philistine) also included with the box is some artwork of Commander Shepard. Pimping a box aside the trilogy pack will be released for Xbox 360, PC and PS3 and will include Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3. The game will come out on November 6th for the Xbox 360 and PC while the PS3 gets a later release date.

BRRAIIIINNZNZZ...Black Ops 2 Zombie Trailer Released!
The fan favourite zombie mode has finally returned! What can be seen from the trailer is that this outing will have the future weapon stocks associated with the main game. The bus in the trailer not only serves as a transport to move players from one place to another but it also seems like a level in its own right with zombies trying to clamber inside the moving vehicle and players being forced to shoot them off.
Also at the end of the trailer there seems to be a tease...new weapon maybe? My guess is that its a horse...made of chainsaws that is used to cut down zombies.
Halo 4 Promethean Weapon Trailer Released (PEW..PEW...PEW....pew.)

Halo 4 Promethean Weapon Trailer Released (PEW..PEW...PEW....pew.)
The weapon trailer for Halo 4's alleged antagonists has just been released. The weapons look very Tron like with an orange hue on each weapon (kind of dangerous if you ask me, that hue will make you a huge target) . Anyway the weapons themselves look like they wont differ too much from Covenant and Human weaponry in the sense of their gameplay function. You have your standard shotguns, launchers , assault and sniper rifles. Also if anyone wants to know the song played in the trailer its this one here. (you kids with your dubstep)

Counter Strike Global Offensive Review
Now to all of you who think that this game is like Call of Duty or Battlefield you are in for a very rude awakening when it comes to Counter Strike: Global Offensive. The game throws out many of the neat little innovations made in the last 8 years of first person shooters. But this does not mean it's a bad game by any means. Full Review after the Jump.

Darksiders 2 Review
Let's get this out of the way first, I played the first Darksiders and I did not enjoy it as much as everyone else. In my opinion the combat felt stiff and dull and I realized there were a few bugs here and there. But do not misunderstand me, I did not outright hate the first Darksiders in fact the things that drew me in the most were the character designs and the story. The game just needed some polishing up in certain areas especially combat. Now that Darksiders 2 has been released and I played it I can tell you that many things have indeed improved but a few things have not.

Max Payne 3 Review
The sun, the tropical heat, the beautiful women and the
masses of dead bodies and spent bullet casings is the creed of Max Payne 3. It
has been 9 years since Max has graced us with his monotone voice, his sour
demeanor and his amazing ability to devour painkillers as if they were some
sort of after dinner mints. Full review after the Jump!!

Spec Ops the Line Review
The sand in your boots, the desert heat burning the top of your head and 1000 bullets whizzing past by you is the norm in Spec Ops: The Line. The full review is right after the Jump!

Sleeping Dogs Review
The neon lights of Hong Kong shine on the blood pool of a rival gang member as you stand triumphantly above him with a tire iron in hand and the honour of your triad in the other. You ride off into the sunset with a moped that you stole from an old lady back in the fish market. That is the kind of freedom you will get to experience in Sleeping Dogs and for the most part it is a good experience, read the full review after the jump!
